Manchester City coach Josep Guardiola is confident that his colleague David Moyes and West Ham will do everything possible to prevent the Citizens from winning the Premier League.
Victory over West Ham on Sunday guarantees City a fourth consecutive title, regardless of the result of Arsenal’s parallel match.
West Ham no longer have tournament motivation and after leaving for the Etihad, they say goodbye to Moyes, but Guardiola does not expect an easy walk from the final match of the season.
“He (Moyes) will do everything to beat us. I’m ready for it to be a tough, tough match. I want my players to remember Tottenham and how Tottenham fought for every ball.”
Tottenham have shown incredible aggression and dedication. I have no doubts about that. 11 West Ham players will be ready to beat us. Two seasons ago Aston Villa were in the same position, they had nothing to play for, and we know how difficult it was for us. It will be the same here,” Guardiola was quoted as saying by ESPN.
