Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva has set the end of Euro 2024 as the deadline before which he must decide on his future.
The 2023/24 season ending is highly likely to be Silva’s last for City, because a 50 million pound buyout clause begins to apply in Bernard’s contract signed last year.
Barcelona, PSG, as well as clubs from Saudi Arabia are expected to renew interest in Silva, but Bernardo does not want this to become a saga for the whole summer.
The 29-year-old midfielder wants to know where he will go by the time he finishes playing for Portugal at Euro 2024, the Daily Mirror reports.
Silva has two more years left on his contract with City, and the head coach of the “citizens” Josep Guardiola does not want to lose Bernardo, but the Portuguese wants to try something new in his career.
