Sky Sports expert Jamie Radknapp said he did not understand the criticism of Manchester City striker Erling Holand.
In previous weeks, Holand did not demonstrate his usual performance, which is why he was often criticized.
Holand effectively responded to evil tongues by arranging poker against Wolverhampton last Saturday (5-1), and Radknapp simply does not understand people who are looking for minor flaws in such a cool player.
“We all want so much from the striker. Sometimes we talk about small touches and details that he doesn’t do so well, but he is a beast in front of someone else’s gate.”
“He has that attitude — he scored four goals and you could see he was furious when he was replaced.”
“This guy is complicated in a different way. He is a phenomenon. I love watching him. He scores so many goals and wants more. He knew that he would have more chances, and the goal scored by Alvarez could have been the perfect opportunity for him to score the fifth.”
“He wants to destroy other teams. It’s very easy to say what he can’t do. Just enjoy what he can do. Sometimes it’s hard for me to understand when people criticize him,” Radknapp told Sky Sports.
