Manchester United head coach Eric Ten Hag revealed that his club maintains relations with winger Jaydon Sancho, who is spending the second half of this season at Borussia Dortmund on loan.
United representatives were spotted at the first Champions League semi-final match between Borussia Dortmund and PSG last week, looking into Sancho’s case.
According to Ten Haga, United is in regular contact with Sancho, which is not hindered by Eric’s conflict with Jaydon.
“We are close with him in this process. We attend matches — and not only on Wednesday. I won’t say that we attend all the matches, but we saw other Borussia matches when Jaydon was playing. We visited him, we talked to him, and we will continue to do so.”
“We had a conflict, and let’s finish the season first. Let’s put that aside for now, so it doesn’t matter. The second semi-final awaits him, and everything is not going smoothly in the league. And we are waiting for four league matches and the FA Cup final. Then we’ll see,” Ten Haga is quoted as saying by The Guardian.
