Thomas Tuchel from Bayern Munich is on the coaching shortlist, which Manchester United will turn to in the event of a breakup with his current mentor Eric Ten Hag.
In three weeks, United will play against Manchester City in the FA Cup final, after which the new management of the club from Old Trafford will make their decision about Ten Haga.
If it is decided to part with Ten Hag, who has one year left on his contract, then United will not be caught off guard, because the Red devils have prepared a shortlist to replace Eric.
According to The Times, among the contenders to replace Ten Hag is 50-year-old Tuchel, who in February agreed to leave the coaching bridge of Bayern Munich at the end of the season.
Bayern have still not decided on a new helmsman and, according to rumors, are ready to reconsider the decision about Tuchel. Thomas himself is open to the idea of returning to the Premier League, where he successfully coached Chelsea, winning the Champions League, the European Super Cup and the Club World Cup with the Blues.
